This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies CloseTrack ("CloseTrack") uses on its website and in the Service. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.

In short: we only use cookies that are needed to run the Service, such as keeping you signed in. We do not use analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in a similar way. They let a site remember things between pages and visits, such as that you are signed in.

2. The cookies we use

All of these are strictly necessary for the Service to work, so they do not require your consent:

3. Local storage

The app stores some preferences in your browser's local storage, such as your chosen views, collapsed panels and draft messages, so they are kept between visits. This stays on your device and is not used for tracking.

4. Third-party content

Some features load content from other services you use through CloseTrack, such as Google Maps for address lookup or a video meeting. Those services may set their own cookies under their own policies.

5. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Because the cookies we use are necessary, blocking them will stop you signing in or using parts of the Service.

6. Changes

If we ever add cookies that are not strictly necessary, such as analytics, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires.
